I learned the Gokhale method from Kate Potter last year and it has made a tremendous difference in my ability to sit and move without back pain. Kate is a clear, confident and very reassuring teacher who takes obvious joy in sharing this work. There is a lot to learn, and the encouragement to take it one step at a time, the ongoing online movement support and reminders through the Gokhale website, and brief “tune-ups” under Kate’s observing eye continue to provide me with relief and the strength of a healthy posture.
