1-2-3 Move with Esther is the first-of-its-kind offering that is open to the public. Each session is comprised of 1 Principle, 2 Movements or Exercises, and 3 Images — hence the title 1-2-3 Move with Esther.

  • 15 min dancing pre-session with Esther Gokhale
  • 13 min Session with Esther Gokhale
  • 13 min Q&A with a Gokhale Method Teacher

The program is designed to delight you and infuse your life with a boost of joy while helping you to exercise without injury. Each live session begins with a free form dance session daily at 9:45 AM Pacific Time and is hosted by Esther Gokhale and special guests. If for some reason you miss the live session, it can be viewed for 23 hours after the live event.

Gokhale Fitness with Eric is a 25-minute fitness program taught by qualified Gokhale Method teacher and martial arts instructor Eric Fernandez. Gokhale Fitness with Eric takes place 6 days a week and is like having a personal trainer who uses a Gokhale Method filter.

  • Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays at 7 AM - 7:25 AM (Pacific Time)
  • Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays at 3 PM - 3:25 PM (Pacific Time)

Gokhale Moving Meditation is a 25-minute session taught by two qualified Gokhale Method teachers. Join us as we guide you through Tai Chi-based, soft, flowing movements and joyful, peaceful visualizations with an emphasis on form according to Gokhale Method principles.

  • With Roberta: Mondays at 2PM (Pacific Time)
  • With Kathleen: Wednesdays at 12PM (Pacific Time)

If you’re unable to join the live sessions, you can always watch replays of the daily programs, including the dance party, on our site until the next broadcast is posted.
