A Gokhale Active subscription offers three benefits in one:

  • Exercise Variety: Choose from 15+ weekly live classes including dance, yoga, gentle Moving Mediation (QiGong), or more intensive strength training.
  • Replays: If you’re unable to join the live, replays are available until the next broadcast is posted.
  • Supportive Community: Join a group of like-minded students in our daily live programs.
  • Posture Principle: Receive a daily email and join our classes which all focus on one aspect of posture to improve each day.

1-2-3 Move is our 13-minute daily flagship live class designed to build effective habits by focusing on one Gokhale Posture Principle each day. Esther and other Gokhale Method teachers guide you in two movements, illustrated by three images.

Each session starts with a fun 15-minute freestyle dance party with great music, for those who want to get in the spirit.

It’s never too late to make strength and mobility gains. All it takes is respecting your natural design (a J-Spine), consistency, and our tailor-made program. Just show up and we have got you covered.

Our Gokhale Fitness teachers are experts in applying the Gokhale Filter to guide you in building strength, endurance, and mobility efficiently and safely, without damaging discs and nerves.

Our six-day a week program effectively trains your abs, upper body, legs, and glutes. Other days focus on hip and shoulder mobility, plyometrics, and cardio. Exercises can be adapted for all fitness levels using weights, bands, or body weight.

Do you love yoga but end up with back-pain afterwards? With our unique Gokhale Filter, the world of yoga opens up once more.

Join Gokhale Method Teacher Lang Liu twice weekly for a special 45-minute Gokhale Yoga class in which you strengthen, stretch and balance body, mind, and spirit. Practice sun salutations, learn yoga poses (asanas), enjoy breathing techniques (pranayama), and a short meditation.

De-stress with mindful and safe movements, and find greater awareness of the connection between body and mind. Enjoy Lang’s soothing voice as she chants and leads you through a deeply relaxing end-of-class meditation and relaxation.

Join Lang regularly for a healthier, more balanced body as you gain strength and mobility whilst maintaining your J-spine.

Our 25-minute Gokhale Moving Meditation classes focus on gentle moving meditation practice dedicated to activating, circulating, and balancing the energy in your body, enhanced through the Gokhale filter. Our expert Gokhale Method Teachers show you how to perform the movements they way they are meant to be done—with a J-spine and healthy alignment throughout the body.

Join a live discussion on posture and musculoskeletal topics with Esther Gokhale and your fellow Gokhale graduates. As well as a dedicated topic for each session, the first few minutes are open to any topic related to posture. In a live chat you can share your triumphs and discoveries, discuss your posture challenges, submit posture photos or a glidewalking video for feedback.
