Facility Details: This course will be held in English. Julie's mother tongue is English but she has lived in Germany for half her life and so can help German speakers out with any words they might not be familar with. Covid: We assume there will be no restrictions in place in September but recommend that everyone is fully vaccinated. If you have any cold symptoms before the course, please contact Julie and take a lateral flow test.

Parking Info: The location is on the South-East outskirts of Basel where local parking at the Parkhaus Leimgrube at a small fee is not a problem. In 13 minutes you can get from Basel main train station to the tram statiion Dreispitz. The location is 130 metres walk.

About this workshop

The Foundations Course is a core offering of the Gokhale Method. In six 90-minute lessons, you can change your habits efficiently and profoundly through a combination of verbal explanation, visual materials, and gentle hands-on guidance from a qualified Gokhale Method teacher. All qualified Gokhale Method teachers are personally trained by Esther Gokhale.
