Parking Info: Directions to Robina Community Centre (Rm 2.2 First Floor) Attendees travelling from the southern end of the Gold Coast are advised to take Exit 79 off the M1,turn right at the traffic lights and go back over the M1.Attendees coming from the northern end of the Gold Coast are advised to take exit 79 off the M1and turn left onto Robina Town Centre Drive.Continue along Robina Town Centre Drive, straight through two roundabouts and turn right at thefirst set of traffic lights. Follow along this road, pass through one set of traffic lights to the nextroundabout and turn right into San Antonio Court, where there is ample parking available forparticipants.Similarly, if catching the train, once leaving the Robina Station, attendees would make their way toRobina Town Centre Drive. This would be a comfortable 10 - 15 minute walk.

Join Michelle Ball for a free, 1-hour workshop to learn to live pain-free.

In this workshop, you’ll start to learn the why and the how of the Gokhale Method. Many workshops begin by showing you how to stretchsit. This is a way of sitting back in a seat and giving yourself gentle traction, which eases compression in your spine and stretches out tight or spasming back muscles.

In this short amount of time, you will be introduced to techniques which will allow you to:

  • Reduce or eliminate back, neck, muscle and joint pain
  • Prevent muscle and joint degeneration and injury
  • Increase your energy, stamina, and flexibility
  • Reduce stress and improve your appearance
Effects are often immediate and last a lifetime.

Michelle Ball has always sought ways to maintain her own health and wellbeing through athletic endeavours and movement. Having studied physiology and taught dance aerobics, she saw what focused movement could do for her students.

She is a massage therapist and body worker devoted to helping people relieve pain and tension in their bodies. However, in seeing clients loose the ability to move freely and perform the activities they loved, she wanted to help self-empower them more on a daily basis. In her search, Michelle discovered the book "8 Steps to a Pain-Free Back:" The Gokhale Method® was a revelation and a solution. It offered a practical, complementary way to help her clients restore their mobility and natural alignment while doing everyday tasks. This is what led Michelle to train with Esther Gokhale in California. 

Michelle is now a qualified Gokhale Method® Teacher offering regular private and group lessons on the East Coast of Tasmania. She also regularly travel teaches on the Mainland in AU and NZ.  If you can put a group of 8 people together, she will come to you.
