Join Cheri Boeckmann P.T., B.S. Edu for a free, 1-hour workshop to learn to live pain-free.

In this workshop, you’ll start to learn the why and the how of the Gokhale Method. Many workshops begin by showing you how to stretchsit. This is a way of sitting back in a seat and giving yourself gentle traction, which eases compression in your spine and stretches out tight or spasming back muscles.

In this short amount of time, you will be introduced to techniques which will allow you to:

  • Reduce or eliminate back, neck, muscle and joint pain
  • Prevent muscle and joint degeneration and injury
  • Increase your energy, stamina, and flexibility
  • Reduce stress and improve your appearance
Effects are often immediate and last a lifetime.

Cheri Boeckmann is a Gokhale Method Foundations instructor offering classes in Lovingston, Virginia as well as other East coast locations. After teaching physical education in Australia, she traveled through Southeast Asia, India and Nepal, observing the movements and postures of traditional cultures. A physical therapist for 25 years, she presently owns a small private practice in central Virginia. Recognizing the importance of posture in pain modulation and continually frustrated with the difficulty of achieving long term changes with her patients, she contacted Esther and has not looked back. Her initial goal was to embody these techniques personally, but soon integrated them into her physical therapy practice with fabulous results. Her goals are to share Esther's work, facilitate self responsibility, reverse the current postural trends and promote preventative care.
