I’ve recently moved to Fort Collins, CO and a few months after arriving I experienced a flare up of my sciatica. The Gokhale Method® is a life-changing modality. I used to have near-constant low-grade back pain, could never find a comfortable way to sit for very long, and slept quite poorly. In 6 weeks, so much of that has changed.
