I find that I am using the posture tracker when I'm stack sitting. I was never able to comfortably stack sit before posture tracker. I also use it when I am doing things that require a hip hinge. Like loading the dish washer and folding clothes. I use the posture tracker when I am standing and doing artwork. It helps me to stand relaxed and be more comfortable. I recommend the posture tracker and class 100%.
