My name is Beatrice, I am French,I live in Australia and I am nearly 62 years old. I am quite active and scared of injury and have always wanted to correct my posture to avoid backpain. I have thoroughly enjoyed my foundation course with Meenakshi.
Meenakshi has been a fantastic teacher, always punctual, with a lovely nature and very attentive to my needs.
Although we had a language barrier , she adjusted to my strong accent with ease and very patiently.
She shared her knowledge very efficiently and corrected my posture thoroughly making sure I understood all details.
My lessons with her have helped tremendously for my posture at the gym which is critical at my age to avoid injury.
I highly recommend Meenakshi to anyone and will keep excellent memories from my lessons.
