An Initial Consultation is a good place to begin your posture journey, especially if you have a complex history of musculoskeletal or health problems. You will receive a comprehensive evaluation of your current posture and how it relates to problems you may be having, a projection of what structural changes are possible, and some key ideas and practices to help you improve your structure immediately and long-term.

Learning the Gokhale Method via a Private One-on-One Foundations Course allows for more flexibility in scheduling, permits your teacher to focus on you for the entire time, and allows for more privacy. Learn the basics of Primal Posture™ and how to apply this knowledge in situations particular to your life. The one-on-one course accommodates people with mild to severe levels of pain, as well as people seeking to improve well-being.

Follow-up Consultation is for Gokhale Method Foundations class alumni members who would like to revisit some topics in a personalized setting. You will again receive a comprehensive evaluation of your current posture and how it relates to problems you may be having, a projection of what structural changes are possible as you practice, and some information on where to focus your efforts to help you improve your structure immediately and long-term.

Die Gokhale Methode ermöglicht es Ines, ihr Leben schmerzfrei zu leben, ohne dass sie auf etwas verzichten muss. Nach einem Bandscheibenvorfall fing sie an, sich mit der Gokhale Methode zu beschäftigen. Als langjährige Marketingangestellte, die sich gern bewegt - ob beim Yoga, beim Wandern oder Radfahren - wollte sie einen Weg finden, mit dem sie nicht nur ihren Sport wieder aufnehmen konnte. Ebenso wichtig war es, dass sie ihre berufliche Tätigkeit, die mit vielen Stunden am Computer, sitzend oder stehend, einherging, ohne Probleme und Schmerzen ausüben konnte. Mit der Gokhale Methode hat sie diese Lebensqualität zurückgewonnen - und möchte nun anderen Betroffenen dabei helfen, dass auch sie wieder ihr Leben so leben können, wie sie wollen und nicht wie der Schmerz es vorgibt. 

The Gokhale Method was Ines' key to a pain-free life without any restrictions. A herniated disc brought her to the method. As a marketing manager who likes to do sports in her spare time, be it Yoga, hiking, or biking, she was looking for a way to do her sports again without any pain. Similarly, she wanted to work in her profession, which meant long hours in front of a screen—sitting or standing—without issues. The Gokhale Method helped her regain this quality of life. She now helps others live their life the way they want, and not how pain dictates it to them.
