How to exchange Gokhale Pain-Free™ Chair spacers

We have learned that some of our Gokhale Pain-Free™ Chairs might have been assembled incorrectly at the factory that manufacturers our chairs. A new staff member mistakenly put in two wrong-sized parts, called “spacers,” in some of the chairs shipped between April 2020 and June 2020. We would like you to guide you through the steps of examining your chair to see whether your chair has been affected. If your chair does have the wrong-sized spacers, we believe you will find even more comfort by replacing those spacers with correctly-sized replacement spacers that will be provided to you free of charge.

 

Here is how to check whether your chair is affected:

The potentially affected spacers are found under the front of your chair’s seat panel. The following image indicates the position of the spacer on the chair:

 

The following image demonstrates the difference between the correct and incorrect spacers:

You can turn the chair upside down and visually compare the correct spacers that have been sent to you with the spacers in your chair in order to determine if the correct spacers have been used while assembling your chair.

 

How to replace the incorrect spacers with the correct spacers that have be mailed to you:
