techniques outlined in the “8 steps to improve your back" book under the supervision of a
trained and experienced teacher. Mistakes in technique are corrected on the spot,
reducing the chance of developing bad habits when doing the exercises later .
I was one of a class of eight which is an ideal size as it allows for both group dynamics
and personal attention by the trainer.
