But, sometimes we slip back into old habits, gradually forgetting what we learned until our bodies remind us.

This is why we created the Online University, to keep our students learning and improving. The Online University used to only be available on an annual subscription but not anymore…

In our experience, if you take any 3 classes per week, it is enough to keep progressing instead of fading and forgetting what you have learnt. Join our 13-minute posture-reminder program with Esther Gokhale and experienced teachers. Focus on 1 Posture Principle, do 2 real-time dance moves, and learn from 3 images on the daily topic. Plus, join our optional pre-class dance party for added fun!
Gokhale Yoga, Gokhale Fitness, and Gokhale Moving Meditation
Exercise without injury using the Gokhale Method filter in our special Yoga, Tai Chi and Fitness classes. You will be repeatedly reminded to maintain your J-Spine, rib anchor, inner corset, glute engagement, bean feet and more while you build strength, flexibility, and flow.
Replays: If you’re unable to join the live sessions, you can always watch replays of the daily programs, including the dance party, on our site until the next broadcast is posted.
