David Haining is a great choice for a Gokhale foundations instruction.  The structure of the lessons are short, less than 15 minutes long.  Still, in those short sessions, David was able to get the important information across succinctly and effectively, without it feeling rushed.  There were even times where David graciously went extra time with me when I had questions, and I really appreciated that.  He always had great answers.  And, he's a nice guy as well.  When I am ready for more classes, I will definitely choose to work with David again.
