How does this physical therapy exercise line up with Gokhale Method principals?
This PT exercise would have a tendency to tuck the pelvis. We would suggest stretchlying on the back maintaining an antiverted pelvis. If you have the book or have taken the Group Foundations Course, you might know how to do that. I would suggest learning it.
