I bought the StretchSit cushion and watched the video. I have the exact same chair as in the video and am trying to figure out how it was installed since the straps are on the top. The video already has the cushion installed and it would be better if it showed how it was installed first.

don't know which chair, but you can detach one of the bands from the cushion, leaving only one that you can attach to the now empty female insertion clip on the cushion.
I do have a question also. I wish the cushion could go sideways because it seems to be too long vertically--it extends from about L5/S1 to ABOVE where my shoulder blades sit. And I don't want to start cutting it up or folding it. Anyone with advice here? thanks
