Hello, I have a 1999 Ford Taurus Station Wagon and the head rest is way far back and I cannot get my head to touch when sitting. Do you have any ideas to modify it? Thank you!

Wow it's unusual to hear this problem. Recent head rests (or head restraints as they are now called) stick your head way too far forward. The good news is there are fixes for these problems.
Wind a towel around your headrest, filing in the space between the headreast and however far back your head can comfortably go. Also work on straightening out any thoracic curvature that may be causing your head to be positioned forward.
When the head restraint is sticking too far forward, use a Stretchsit cushion to provide multiple benefits including supporting a better head and neck position.
