Hi,
I am at a computer 8 - 10 hours a day and I'm trying to integrate stacksitting. Does anyone have any experience with this or any tips? I must be doing something wrong, because after about 5 minutes, stacksitting seems to be too much effort and I am forced to go back to my old slouching position.

I have the same problem, it was a little easier sitting on a higher chair and increasing the angle of the legs to offset tight hamstrings. I've been struggling with it though.
