8 steps & the Feldenkrais Method

Hello Esther, :) My name is Ayala. I live in Israel. I am a Feldenkrais Method Cetified Practitioner. I have come across your Google video and I'd like to ask you is there any relationship (in your eyes) between the 2 methods. are you familiar with the Feldenkrais method and what is your opinion about the deferance (if there is) between these methods? I see the two methods as complementary and have had numerous students report this as well. The Gokhale Method gives direction and Feldenkrais can facilitate or accelerate the changes. Healthwell PT in San Francisco is a group of PT's all of whom have Feldenkrais training. They became very excited about my method and also saw it as complementary to Feldenkrais. In addition, they found that my Method is easy to talk about with physicians who may have difficulty understanding the value of Feldenkrais. I am intrigued by Feldenkrais, have experienced some work and read about it and am keen to explore it some more.
