Is there a video online or a how to, of how to antevert the pelvis. I am having trouble understanding how to do this.

Esther or I would be happy to demonstrate how to antevert the pelvis and hopefully clear up your confusion. The trick is to get the pelvis to relax and "fall" forward or "tip" forward. Otherwise the lower back muscles will just tense up if we attempt to just stick our bottoms back. 8 Steps to a Pain Free back has many photographs as well.
