Hi, has anyone experienced MovNat? Stands for Natural Movement, descended largely from Methode Naturelle, Combat Vital (both French nature-based movement disciplines), and Erwin Corre's childhood woods-time with Papa. Seems like a perfect match for the Gokhale Method, as long as Erwin reall does have in-depth knowledge of each fundamental human movement. All the reviews I've found have been exceptionally good so far. Covers: walking, lifting, running, carrying, jumping, throwing, balancing, catching, walking on all fours, defending, climbing, swimming. Barefoot, out in nature, under the context of reversing human domestication through regaining fundamental movement abilities and through that, deeper awareness. But primarily to experience the joy of movement itself. What's funny is I discovered it online after I had been following the Gokhale method for a while, and began barefoot running and tree climbing on my own with a hazier version of the same context in mind. The universe provides. Peace, Ben

Forgot I had already posted something about MovNat on this forum, did it again the other day. Glad you liked the videos, they get me going as well. My next serious goal is to take a 5 day course summer 2012 in WV. From what I've learned of posture through the book he seems to have it, but I'd like more learned input.
