Fizzing and twitching glute when stretchlying

Hi

Since starting stretchlaying, within a few minutes, one of my glute muscles will begin to fizz and go slightly numb.  It might then move to my groin area where my groin meets the front of my leg.

It feels almost unbearable like a restless feeling that I need to move.

My spine loves how it feels in that position, so I can't work out what might be causing this to happen.

Hi wsjulz,

That certainly sounds uncomfortable. Please try putting an extra pillow or two under your knees and see if that helps. If not, please report back for more troubleshooting :)

Warm wishes,

Thanks for the suggestion, I appreciate you for helping me out. I also would like to help you by sharing the https://envirocitizen.org/ website with you. If you are not so good at writing an essay assignment then you can visit over there and get some help.
