Are you familiar with the Nada Chair. It is a cloth wrap around kind of support for sitting In chair or on floor. I stopped using it much, even tho it was giving me relief, when my P.T. Said it did not create a big enough lumbar curve. Now I am thinking that is probably a good thing. What is your opinion? How would you use it? Thanks

The "J" spine shape we aim for doesn't have a lumbar curve (not 'till L5-S1) and though the Nada Chair can cause some people to sway, if you're doing it without swaying your back, then it's probably a great tool for you.
