Hello,
In Europe it is quite popular a Swedish manufacturer (Stokke) that makes ergonomic chairs.
Many years ago I purchased the one in the attached picture.
The stool has three positions where the seat goes from quite low and horizontal to a more inclined poistion.
I wanted to have an opinion on this types of chairs; I am currently using it, it allows quite a good stacksitting with straight back, but I am not sure what is the most appropriate setting.
PS. Today I see the Stokke business has become now Varier.
Many thanks for the good job, keep going

The most important thing with any chair is having a strong base knowledge of good posture. Even chairs that work very strongly to help - like this one - won't do much good with a strong C or S spine.
For proper stacksitting, your bum should be well out behind you without causing your low back to sway. Whatever setting makes it easiest for you to assume that position is the one you want!
