About this workshop

Each lesson is 90 minutes long.    Required text: 8 Steps to a Pain-Free Back


I recommend you bring a snack for breaks and lunch. There are restaurants near by and grocery stores in Robina town centre. A 5 min car ride away. I will have tea and instant coffee. Kitchen facilities: Both floors feature a basic domestic style kitchen with fridge, boiling water, microwave oven and washing up facilities
