About this workshop

Each lesson is 90 minutes long.    Required text: 8 Steps to a Pain-Free Back


There will be breaks between each lesson. Please bring anything you may need to eat or drink. No refrigerator is available, bring in cooler if needed. Also, bring appropriate shoes for walking outside, if weather conditions permit we will have glide walking outdoors.
