About this workshop
The Foundations Course is a core offering of the Gokhale Method. In six 90-minute lessons, you can change your habits efficiently and profoundly through a combination of verbal explanation, visual materials, and gentle hands-on guidance from a qualified Gokhale Method teacher. All qualified Gokhale Method teachers are personally trained by Esther Gokhale.

In addition to a yoga mat and two bed pillows, please bring a blanket that you can fold to your torso width a couple of inches thick. Bring a water bottle, bag lunch or snacks for the day, and your mask. Please observe all of the public COVID-19 precautions - wear a mask, wash your hands, and take your temperature before the class. If you are experiencing any viral symptoms please let me know so that we can reschedule. This class will involve necessary hands-on instruction by the instructor but social distancing guidelines will be observed throughout.
