Facility Details: Our driveway at 2702 International Lane is the second left after the intersection of International Lane with Anderson. Drive to the far end of the parking lot and enter the building via the ramp that leads from the parking lot to the second floor entrance door. Our suite is on the second floor, #208.

About this workshop

Each lesson is 90 minutes long.    Required text: 8 Steps to a Pain-Free Back


We have enough yoga mats and pillows at the office, but you may bring your own if you prefer.You don't need to bring your book.We'll have two 90-minute lessons each Sunday, with a break of about 30 minutes in between. The office building has a kitchen with refrigerator and microwave, and we have a dispenser of hot and cold spring water.
