August 21 Friday: 3:00 - 5:00 pm

August 22 Saturday 11:00 am - 1:00 pm

August 23 Sunday 10:00 am - 12 noon

The fu ll package cost $360. Included: 2 -hour yoga classes each day + 1 Glidewalking class (Outdoors\, weather permitting\, Indoors in case of rain) + 1 Samba class.

If you cannot attend the whole retreat\, you have the option to sign up for the scheduled indi vidual yoga classes.

If the weather permits\, this will be held at beautiful Burrows Park at the lake at 9:30 am Saturday 8/22. We will be able to dance with the class for an ho ur and then leave in time to easily get to Lang’s yoga class at 11 am.  There is no charge for retre at attendees.
