Janette joined the Gokhale Method team in 2012. In her customer support role she listened to numerous accounts from students about how the Gokhale Method helped them get out of pain and gave them the ability to do activities they once loved. Inspired by the impact the Gokhale Method had in improving peoples’ lives, Janette decided to become a Gokhale Method teacher.
Although Janette had not experienced any significant back issues, she saw the benefits of posture in her own fitness. Working out no longer caused any aches so getting stronger became easier to do. Janette truly believes that everyone can benefit from having healthy posture.
