I did hurt my shoulder doing a pull up\u0026nbsp;with bad form a few years back.\u0026nbsp;But recently I have experienced a good\u0026nbsp;improvement in shoulder\u0026nbsp;pain\u0026nbsp;after adding\u0026nbsp;pull ups back into my routine.
