An Initial Consultation is a good place to begin your posture journey, especially if you have a complex history of musculoskeletal or health problems. You will receive a comprehensive evaluation of your current posture and how it relates to problems you may be having, a projection of what structural changes are possible, and some key ideas and practices to help you improve your structure immediately and long-term.

Learning the Gokhale Method via a Private One-on-One Foundations Course allows for more flexibility in scheduling, permits your teacher to focus on you for the entire time, and allows for more privacy. Learn the basics of Primal Posture™ and how to apply this knowledge in situations particular to your life. The one-on-one course accommodates people with mild to severe levels of pain, as well as people seeking to improve well-being.

Follow-up Consultation is for Gokhale Method Foundations class alumni members who would like to revisit some topics in a personalized setting. You will again receive a comprehensive evaluation of your current posture and how it relates to problems you may be having, a projection of what structural changes are possible as you practice, and some information on where to focus your efforts to help you improve your structure immediately and long-term.

Your Teacher

Lauren Heydt

Lauren Heydt lives in Delaware, where she earned a Master’s degree in Education. At a young age she began an active life studying dance and was fortunate to extensively pursue various types of dance along the East coast. She is well disciplined in ballet and believes this has contributed to her beautiful posture and her strong regard for the importance of body alignment. Lauren has also been a fitness instructor and dance teacher for students of all ages, so she evolved a natural understanding of people’s particular needs as they grow and age.

Lauren was introduced to the Gokhale Method by a friend who was enrolled in the course. After Reading 8 Steps to a Pain-Free Back and seeing the progress in her own friend, she soon became inspired to learn more. She knows many people who suffer on a daily basis and feels grateful to be able to contribute to their healing. Having a professional background in education, she feels this method is by far the most rewarding teaching experience. Lauren loves working with people by helping them understand the skills they need to enjoy their bodies without pain.
