Hi Seth

The most natural postion for your foot is described in "8 Steps to a Pain-Free Back." In order the have the healthy foot shape that is common around the world, and equivalent to what you enjoyed as an infant, it is important to restore your foot to its natural position. This position is described as kidney-bean shaped on page 46 of the book.

Performed properly this method results in an aligning of your feet that benefits not only the feet, but also the knees, hips, and the rest of the body. This more natural position opens up the pelvis area and in turn helps with blood flow, lymph circulation, and nerve functioning.

I would recommend tht you try this simple step, and a careful reading of Esther's book, if you have not done so.  It will help more than any particular foot rest.
