Congratulations on the launch of your new chair!
I am wondering if the back of the chair is adjustable for height, tilt forward and back, and how much horizontal adjustment it has, ie closer or further away from the base of the seat. Does the back swivel, ie rotate forward and back, or is it fixed?
From the illustration in your newsletter it looks as if the whole seat only adjusts up and down.

You have it correct, Louise, the only adjustment the chair makes is up and down. Esther wanted to keep it simple for ease of use and cost. If you let us know what features you need and why, those comments help us in making changes to future models!
