OFFICE CHAIRS

I just started reading my book and have some questions about sitting at work. I work 12 hour shifts sitting in a high-backed office chair and notice that despite adjusting the chairs, still seem to either lean forward or sit straight but not against the chair back-it almost seems if the chair is too deep....would something like this product help? http://www.nadachair.com/ OR http://www.sacrowedgy.com/ Any suggestions on the use of high backed office chairs?

The Nada Chair is great as long as you are careful not to sway your back, and the sacrowedgy is only meant to be used lying down (as far as I can tell).

The Gokhale Pain Free chair doesn't have a high back because people find it helpful to rest against the top edge while stacksitting. As a vertically challenged person myself, many chairs are too deep for me to stretchsit properly.

It's definitely worth the investment to reserach and buy a chair in which you can stretchsit, although the Nada Chair is a decent stop-gap.

We are also working on a petite Gokhale chair - so keep your eyes peeled for that!
