Hi, I bought a pillow top mattress, (It's a Sealy Posture Pedic mattress) months before I discovered your book, and I am now wondering wether pillow top mattresses are too soft, should I have bought a regular spring mattress? Thank you

I think your mattress is fine. It's one of the kinds I recommend. What's even more important is to know how to lie on it. As long as you put a healthy amount of length in your back, a little extra pillow top should be fine.
