Can someone take a look at my posture?

Hello,

I have read the book of Gokhale. I am doing my best to improve my posture with different streches, strength exercises and now I am starting to do the teqnicues in the book. I have already began stretchlying.

I am not happy with my posture. I feel that I have a forward head posture and I also feel that I have too much arch in my lower back.

I have had many injuries related to running and nowadays I have pain in the front of my left hip. Its like a burning sensation, like an inflammation. Its painful especially with prolonged sitting. I have had this pain now for more than one year now.

Can someone take a look at my posture and tell me what I need to work on? what I need to do to improve my posture and relieve the pain?

I have attached 2 picures to this post. Can you see them?

Hi Jose!

We are working to update our forum - sorry about that!

From what I can see, your stretchsitting looks quite good, from head to toe. It would be easier to tell without the fabric in the way: tighter shirt, fabric not obstructing the point of contact between your back and the chair.

I'm excited to hear that a new forum is in the works, Sophie!! Facebook is the best interface I have found for actively engaging like-minded spirits. Please consider creating a GM group there. Thanks!
