About this workshop

Each lesson is 90 minutes long.    Required text: 8 Steps to a Pain-Free Back

Wear comfy socks and comfortable clothing (not baggy). From the parking lot head up the walkway and go up a few stairs (or use the ramp). Cadboro Commons will be on your left. Go in the doors and down the stairs- the McKenzie room is through the doors on the left hand side. The University Cafeteria is upstairs and there are microwaves for heating up food in the main room. It is also a great place to look at posture! No food or drink is permitted in the McKenzie Room.
