About this workshop
Each lesson is 90 minutes long. Required text: 8 Steps to a Pain-Free Back
Wear comfy socks and comfortable clothing (not baggy). Bring a yoga strap or belt from a housecoat for Sunday. Cafeteria and seating is upstairs in the Cadboro Commons Building- no food is allowed to be eaten inside the classroom.
