About this workshop

Each lesson is 90 minutes long.    Required text: 8 Steps to a Pain-Free Back


Bring two bed pillows to class SAT/SUN. Please also bring a blanket that can be folded to your own torso length and width. If you own a yoga/excercise mat, feel free to bring it or you can use one provided at class. There are restaurants in town (Bristol Bakery, Almost Home Market and Snaps Diner).
