About this workshop
Each lesson is 90 minutes long. Required text: 8 Steps to a Pain-Free Back
We will take a half hour break in between lessons on Saturday and a one hour early lunch break on Sunday between 11:30 and 12:30 noon. There are lots of coffee shops around but if you prefer, you can bring a lunch bag and have it in the studio. There is a small fridge to keep your food. Please remember to bring a water bottle.
