Parking Info: Free on-street parking on Folsom and Harrison. Bus lines 12, 48, 67 BART--The Yoga Society of San Francisco is 6.5 blocks from the 24th Street Mission BART station. Bus #48 from 24th Street Mission BART station takes you to Folsom and then there is just a half block walk.

About this workshop

Each lesson is 90 minutes long.    Required text: 8 Steps to a Pain-Free Back


The building is a Victorian mansion. We'll be in the Yoga Room on the Lower Level. Follow the driveway to the back of the building. On the right side there is a door that you will go thru, descend three steps and you will be at the Yoga Room.
