About this workshop

Each lesson is 90 minutes long.    Required text: 8 Steps to a Pain-Free Back


Entrance into the Ford Building can be gained on 11th St. through the main door or through the cafe. Once you are in the main floor area of the building, you can choose to take the elevator or the stairs up to the third floor. Suite #356 is located in the NW corner of the building.
