About this workshop
Each lesson is 90 minutes long. Required text: 8 Steps to a Pain-Free Back
The building is a Victorian mansion. From the sidewalk in front of the building, you can walk up the driveway. There is no need to climb all the steps to the main part of the mansion. Follow the driveway, or the path on the left side of the building, until you get to the temple door near the back of the building. Go inside the door and take a right, go down a couple steps and you have arrived at the studio. I will have signs posted to help you find your way. It's not as complicated as it sounds. Please bring two bed pillows as close to your sleeping pillows as possible, if that is reasonable, given your form of transit. I will have some pillows on hand for anyone who cannot bring their own. No need to bring a yoga mat.
