- Find an approved Gokhale Method teacher near you.
- Contact the teacher to schedule your lesson(s).
- Complete the intake form (a link will be sent to you via email.)
- Obtain a copy of 8 Steps to a Pain-Free Back, the requred text for the course.

Cost:
2 people (six 60-minute lessons): $900 + $750
3 people (six 75-minute lessons): $900 + $750 + $450
4-8 people (six 1.5-hour lessons): Add $450 for each additional person
